Bodys elimination channels reduce acne

By Sam Smith

Kidney

The purpose of the kidneys is to filter the water in your blood as the blood passes through them. The kidneys filter about 4 gallons of water every day but only around 3 pints are purged out as urine. Consumption of too much alcohol and sugar will damage the kidney since they kill kidney cells and weaken the kidney functions.

To keep toxins from accumulating in the body and skin, human body requires water. Consumption of clean water daily will allow kidneys to remove toxins and excess nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the blood. When you consume plenty of water the skin does not have to act as a filter to extract excess waste from the blood, as it done by your kidney and passed as urine.

A human skin needs to be moist all times to protect itself from toxins and bacteria that try to get into the body through the skin pores. If you are not into drinking too much water, substitute with fruits, vegetables and fresh fruit juices. Don't try to cheat the body by drinking sodas and other sugar added drinks!

Lungs

As you breathe in air, the two large sacs in your body called lungs extract the oxygen and passes on to the blood. This in turn gets routed to your liver and moved into your heart and then moved to all parts of the body. As you breathe out, waste and carbon dioxide are pushed out from the system through the mouth.

Body movement is largely depended on energy. The required energy is produced by cells using oxygen. The oxygen in your body will also neutralize toxins, pathogen and waste.

Oxygen plays a major role in creating energy in your body. At the same time oxygen also plays a role in cleaning your internal systems. If your body has more toxin and acid waste, the more oxygen is used to get rid of them and result in less oxygen availbel for the cell to create energy.

If your bodys other elimination channels are weak and overloaded, the lungs will have to pickup the job of eliminating the toxic waste from the system and eventually will be overloaded as well. As a result more waste stays in the body, making it more toxic, acid and susceptible to disease and infections.

If you have liver, lungs and kidney weaknesses, most likely you will have skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.

Lymphatic System

Lymphatic system is part of the body's immune system that consists of large and small tubes. This system carries a liquid called lymph and this liquid is pushed through the tube by body movement and exercise. This liquid plays a major role in bringing the nutrients to the cells from blood and clean out the toxins from the cell. The toxins from the cells are moved out by the lymph liquid to limph nodes and then into the blood to eliminate through other channels.

A strong lymph liquid is built when you consume fruits and vegetable since they are composed of electrolyte minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium phosphorus, and chloride. When the body does not have enough electrolyte minerals, excess toxic waste accumulates in the lymph liquid. As a result the body will have a difficult time fighting infections wherever they occur, including the face. When you lymph system becomes weaken, it is unable to detoxify toxins and routes them into the blood where the liver is expected to clean the blood. Keeping you lymph system strong is important for keeping your skin free of blemishes, skin disorders, eczema and acne. - 17944
