Why You MUST Read Our Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review

Some people really loved this diet and others did not benefit primarily because they were not using the diet for the right reasons.

The main selling point of Fat Loss 4 Idiots is the rapid weight loss of up to 9 pounds in 11 days. This goes against the recommendation that for lasting, healthful weight loss, you should lose around 1-3 pounds per week. This is why the diet is being criticized as a quick fix or magic bullet for weight loss. Though there is some truth to that statement, there are some cases where Fat Loss 4 Idiots may benefit those trying to lose weight.

If you read my previous blog here at Your Health Reporter, you know that I find the diet beneficial for two reasons: Quick weight loss for that special big event OR as a jump-start to a long-term weight loss program. On further review, I will add to that jump-start description in that the diet may be a good starting point for a long-term plan because it will help retrain the way you eat. I will talk about that more in a little bit.

If you have a big event for which you need to lose weight, I think it is fine to use the diet. It will help you lose weight quickly and its methodology is idiot proof. That being said, I do not believe that one should use a diet such as this for the long term.

Yo-yo dieting is a sure-fired way to wreck your metabolism and end up storing more fat than you burn. Fat Loss 4 Idiots runs the risk, especially with their 3-day cheat period following the 11-day diet, of being yet another fad yo-yo diet.

Perhaps a better use for Fat Loss 4 Idiots is to sort of kick-start a healthier diet. Losing weight is a difficult and lengthy road. It is a daunting task and if you have been trying to lose weight for a long time, you may need a little morale boost and incentive.

The inspirational 9-pound weight loss may encourage you to continue down a healthier path because you will realize how great it feels to lose weight. You may receive encouraging comments from others that will resonate with your dieting efforts.

There is another benefit to this fat loss plan. The plan includes some really good advice on food choices. Your weight troubles may be associated with eating a lot of junk. Your taste buds are used to this junk and the fat loss diet guide can help you learn to love healthier foods.

We are easily fooled by advertising and think that items that boast fat-free or some other gimmick are better choices. Not always. Fat Loss 4 Idiots lets you in on this trickery and teaches you to determine for yourself which foods are good choices and which are not. This sets up a mindset and thought process that will benefit you when you cease the diet and develop healthier habits for the long haul.
