During my review of Dr. Floras, I too became impressed by both the products they provide as well as the company behind them. This shorter version of my full Dr. Flora's review will give you a brief picture of what Dr. Flora's has to offer.

Many sites in this industry have a simple, one-page website that provides little more than the name of the product, a few empty promises, and an option to buy. After waiting on hold for a bit, I was treated very politely even though I wasn't being very easy. She handled it very professionally. I was impressed. Thumbs up goes to their customer service!
Now where I really got impressed was when I came across their money back guarantee. Most companies in this industry don't have a guarantee at all and if they do it's a mediocre one at best (30 to 60 days). So you can imagine my surprise to find out that they have a full one-year money back guarantee! Not only that, but you can return one empty bottle, where other companies only allow you to return unopened bottles. Nice job Dr. Flora's.
After seeing the good news so far, I now expected to see a good report from the Better Business Bureau. And once again, good news was found. The BBB only had two complaints filed in the last three years. This is unheard of. Most good companies still have a few hundred complaints in this industry. Again, impressive results from Dr. Flora's.
A note should be said about other sites on the internet that may appear to be unbiased and in your best interest. I found (as with any product) that some sites that advertised for Dr. Flora's keywords on google were simply there to push their product and discredit others. So all I'm saying is to be aware of where you are getting your information from.
In summary, I'm quite impressed with Dr. Flora's. They seem to be a very trust worthy company that will deliver on what it promises and their customer service was good.
